For corporate meetings, seminars, and social functions, the Courtyard by Marriott LaGuardia has seven newly renovated meeting rooms providing a total of 7000 square feet (650 square meters) of meeting space. All the rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, and a full banquet staff will assist in making your event a successful one. An extensive catering menu is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, hors d'oeuvres, and breaks. For meetings of 2 to 275, the Courtyard by Marriott LaGuardia is your New York connection.

Meeting Rooms

Palm Rooms
Palm I and Palm II, located just off of the Courtyard Caf Restaurant, offer an intimate and cozy meeting space with a marble fireplace, mirrored bar, and decorative curtains. Satin wallpaper and mahogany wood accentuate the charm of the rooms, which can be connected by opening the privacy doors. These rooms offer the perfect solution for a cocktail party or dinner meeting.

Courtyard Ballroom
The Courtyard Ballroom features decorative molding, glass and brass chandeliers, and striking central columns. Track lighting illuminates the front of the room for the guest speaker or stage, while adjustable ceiling lights are located in the drop ceiling. A dividing wall can be closed to separate the ballroom into two smaller rooms, perfect for breakout sessions.

Willow, Oak, and Maple
These three well-appointed rooms feature the perfect area for smaller functions and meetings. The 624-square-foot (58-square-meter) area and 10-foot-high (3.0-meter) ceilings offer guests the flexibility and comfort that they desire. The rooms are ideal for family gatherings, rehearsal dinners, business cocktails, or meetings.

Veranda and Gazebo
Featuring mahogany boardroom tables and oversized leather executive chairs, these three spacious rooms are perfect for smaller meetings. Veranda and Gazebo offer an 8-foot boardroom table and large executive chairs. The rooms provide you with a view of the attractive gardens.

Garden Room
Perfect for small or mid-sized meetings, this room offers flexibility in floor plans and large windows to offer light and a view of the gardens.
